Douleurs Sans Frontières is an international solidarity NGO, recognized as a public-interest organization and acknowledged by the WHO. Present in Cambodia since 1996, DSF works to humanize care by promoting and developing actions focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of physical and psychological pain, particularly for vulnerable populations affected by incurable diseases. Its three main areas of activity are: - Medical and psychosocial pain management for patients with chronic diseases - Strengthening the prevention and management of women’s cancers and infectious diseases, including referrals for screening and vaccination - Psychosocial support for vulnerable and key populations Douleurs Sans Frontières has been active in Cambodia since 1996 as part of its international mission to improve access to pain management and compassionate healthcare. The organization supports vulnerable patients through a combination of medical care, psychosocial support, prevention, referral, and capacity-building activities. Its work particularly focuses on people living with chronic or incurable diseases, women requiring cancer prevention and care, and populations facing heightened social or health vulnerabilities. Through its long-standing presence in Cambodia, DSF contributes to strengthening patient-centered care and improving access to appropriate pain and psychosocial management services.
