A Belgian-French NGO that has been operating in Cambodia since 2007. Since 1994, Mekong Plus (formerly VietNam Plus) has been making a significant impact, helping villagers mobilize for positive change. Each year, their efforts benefit at least 200,000 Vietnamese and Cambodians directly.
