The company was registered with the Ministry of Commerce with the business license number MOC-53187824 ពណ.ចបព issued on March 02, 2016, and received the license from the National Bank of Cambodia on April 27, 2016 as a Micro Finance Institution. The company was then acquired by two Korean Companies: Hanshin Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. and Plus International Co., Ltd. in August 2017.
