We came first time in Cambodia 5 years ago (February 2013) We wanted to find a place in Asia where we could spend part of the year and travel around. We had been travelling in other Asian countries (China, Vietnam, Thailand) and we fell in love with Cambodia and Cambodian people. When we arrive in South-West Cambodia, we visited some lands and houses. But when we visited a pepper farm, we decided to be part of the Kampot Pepper revival. We knew the product as a food connoisseur, but we didn’t know how it was growing. Then we found the perfect location: in Kampot countryside, on a hill with a breathtaking view on the Secret Lake, Bokor Mountain, the sea and Phu Quoc Island (Koh Tral). We started the inception of a Kampot Pepper farm in July 2013 and after three years keeping the plants growing, we processed our first harvest in 2016. We decided then to open our plantation to visitors, develop the sales of our products directly at the farm, in the country and to export it in many countries. In 2018, we expect to welcome more than 40000 visitors on-site and offer them a unique experience in the countryside of Kampot.
